Zachs Mini Album

A mini by Linda -  Zachs holiday with Gradma mini album book

Zach's PA mini-album

Have you ever asked a four-year old, "What did you do at Grandma's?" It's usually a shrug of the shoulders, "nothin" or "I don't know." That was when I decided to make my first mini album so that he could remember and continue to remember for years to come. For me, this was before Bind-it-all, pre-made mini albums, diecut machines and my digital SLR.

How I made it

I cut the file folders by hand with Coluzzle, I glued them together, back to back & tried to punch through several layers of cardboard plus card stock. I learned as I went and made decisions for the next year. Most of the pages were mini albums within the album. Each page was composed the following day after one-hour developing and it went home with him at the end of the week. He still shares it with the family and now I'm working on this year's mini book.
